Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting update and/or website. 2. Orders and Payments

  • Placing Orders: All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse any order.

  • Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of order. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as specified on our website.

  • Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price at the time of purchase.

In the event that we make changes to your order or unable to fulfill your order, we will reach out to you via the contact details you have provided us to inform the changes made or proceed with refund.

3. Delivery

  • Delivery Areas: We provide delivery services to Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur & Selangor) areas. Delivery charges may apply and will be added to your order total. Certain products are available for nationwide delivery and will be noted in the product description.

  • Delivery Time: Deliveries will be done within 12-6PM everyday, however if you have a specific time you wish to receive your order, please Whatsapp us at +60107843352, we will try our best to arrange according to your preferred time slot. While we strive to deliver within the selected timeframe, delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

    We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as:
    - Incorrect delivery information
    - Recipient not present at the address provided within delivery time frame
    - Unexpected accidents from rider
    - Refusal to accept flowers by recipient when we deliver, as it is considered sold and fulfilled with cost of labor, time and delivery incurred.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns: Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.

  • Refunds: Refunds are processed according to our Return & Refund Policy. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.

5. Product Information

  • Product Descriptions: We strive to accurately describe our products. However, variations in color, size, and appearance may occur as each item is hand made by our team and it is unique in it's own way. Placement of flowers may vary. Photos/videos have undergone photo editing before publishing to ensure that it is clear and visible, however we try our best to provide accurate images of each product's color and design. Actual color and design may vary due to different devises used to view the displayed products. 

  • Substitutions: As flowers are seasonal and unique, in the event that any items have supply difficulties to make up your order, we reserve the right to substitute your item with equal or greater value of a similar style. We will not notify the buyer beforehand.

  • Content Use: All content on our website, including images, text, and logos, is the property of REBLOOM FLORIST and may not be used without our explicit consent.
