Our Delivery Policy

We aim to deliver all items in it's best condition, however as each item is handmade by our team members, variations in color, size, and appearance may occur. Placement of flowers may vary. Substitution may be necessary if it is not up to our standards due to the nature of flowers condition.

Urgent Orders

If you require urgent order such as same day delivery, next day delivery, please reach out to us at +60175040919 (strictly Whatsapp message ONLY). We will try our best to slot you in depending on our schedule. Urgent orders are only available for Klang Valley Deliveries.

Klang Valley Deliveries (Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Putrajaya)

All deliveries will be done Mondays to Sundays 12-6PM by our professional delivery officers. However if you have a specific time slot you wish to receive your order, please Whatsapp us at +60175040919 (strictly Whatsapp message ONLY), we will try our best to arrange according to your preferred time slot. While we strive to deliver within the selected timeframe, delivery time are estimates and are not guaranteed.

West Malaysia & East Malaysia Deliveries (Other than KL & Selangor)

All delivery will be shipped via Ninjavan, DHL, or J&T. Deliveries generally will take 3-4 days for West Malaysia & 5-7 days for East Malaysia. All items will be packaged securely by our team to prevent damage. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or breakage of your item, please contact us with photo evidence of packaging and damaged item within 24 hours of receiving your item. For minor damage on flowers and breakage of glass, we will process and ship you a new glass to replace. For major damage on flowers and breakage of glass, we will offer 50% refund to OR you may send it back to us for us to repair your item, receiver will bear the return postage fee.

Non-Delivery

We do everything we can to ensure our flowers are delivered. In the event of a non-delivery, please contact us at hello.rebloomflorist@gmail.com. It is the customer's responsibility to contact us within 1 day of the scheduled delivery date, failure to do so will result in the lapse of any right to a refund. We will send you a replacement on our next available delivery date, or refund.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item within 24 hours of receiving the item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Failure to do so will result in the lapse of any rights to refund.

Festive Season/Peak Period

During Festive Season/Peak Period such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas, Chinese New Year, Chinese Valentine's Day, Hari Raya, there will be no selection of time slot. Kindly place your order 5 days in advance, for other states deliveries, please place your order at least 7 days in advance. You may Whatsapp us at +60175040919 (strictly Whatsapp message only) if you have a specific date you wish to receive, we will try our best to slot you in depending on our schedule.
