How to order?

Here's how you can place your order on our website www.rebloom.online with these easy steps:

Step 1: Choose a product that you like.

Step 2: Add to cart.

Step 3: On cart page, select your preferred delivery date.

Step 4: Customize the wording on the product and your optional complimentary message card.

Step 5: Insert your billing and shipping details and make your payment.

You will receive an order confirmation via email along with your order number once payment is complete.

Can I order on Whatsapp or Instagram?

Yes you may choose to order on Whatsapp or Instagram, our team will assist you for the best shopping experience.

Can I customize the gift?

All items are available to be customized, please Whatsapp us at +60107843352 (Strictly message only) or drop us a dm on Instagram at @rebloom.co.

Can I change my order details?

Yes, please notify us at our Whatsapp +60107843352 or DM us at Instagram at @rebloom.co at least 1 day before the delivery date. Our team will do our best to assist you.

Please note that during peak periods we may not be able to accept your request for order changes.

Delivery Information

Where do you deliver?

Most of our products are deliverable nationwide.

Certain items such as bouquets, bloom boxes, vases are available to Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Putrajaya areas as they are considered fragile and prone to damage during postage.

Each items will be remarked with its deliverable area.

What time will I receive my order? (For KL, Selangor, Putrajaya deliveries)

Delivery for Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Putrajaya will be done within 12-6PM Monday to Sunday via Lalamove or Grabexpress.

Can I choose the delivery time? (For KL, Selangor, Putrajaya deliveries)

We are unable to guarantee that we will be able to fulfill your preferred time slot

When will I receive my order? (Other states deliveries)

For other West Malaysia states, deliveries are done at least 4 days before your preferred receiving date to ensure it arrives on time or earlier than your chosen date.

For East Malaysia, deliveries are done at least 7 days before your preferred receiving date to ensure it arrives on time or earlier than your chosen date.

Please note that we may not be able to fulfill urgent orders depending on our schedule and peak periods.

Why is my order late?

Late deliveries may be cause by unforeseen circumstances such as accidents, bad weather, late processing by post office, etc.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and seek your understanding and patience if this happens.

What type of flowers do you sell?

We specialize in preserved, dried flowers, and soap flowers.

What is the difference in the types of flowers you offer?

Preserved flowers are real flowers that went through a preservative process to lengthen it's lifespan.

Dried flowers are real flowers that are naturally dried and dehydrated.

Soap flowers are artificial flowers made from soap that are handcrafted to look like real flowers.

How long can the flowers lasts?

Preserved flowers lasts 3-4 years or more under good care while soap flowers lasts 1 year or more under good care

How do I take care of my flowers?

Generally avoid direct sunlight, water contact and store in non-humid room. For more specific details please visit our care tips page.
